In an effort to increase customer satisfaction, Verizon wanted a way to activate new customers as soon as possible after registering for services.
The goal: increase unique logins to an installation status website to reduce call center calls and decrease the amount of cancelled orders.
Solution:
Our unique ability to manage complex data and variable data print projects, is the reason Verizon chose to work with Roundhouse.
Roundhouse created a personalized mailer that contains all of the information each customer needs to access their installation status website. Roundhouse processes nine separate databases for printing up to 12,000 personalized double postcards daily. Since we print with a digital press with in-house design specialists, Verizon can have Roundhouse modify existing creative in as little as one day.
