CUNA Mutual was interested in acquiring new credit union clients to endorse their MEMBERSĀ® Auto & Homeowners Insurance products through the MemberCONNECT® program.

Solution:
Roundhouse developed a multi-touch client acquisition strategy. Our solution focused on an educational approach to communicate the benefits of offering personal line insurance as a means to create interest in the product and generate appointments for the CUNA Mutual Sales Executive.

By educating credit unions on the value of offering personal line insurance and the different distribution models, CUNA Mutual was able to generate new clients as well as position themselves as a value-added partner.

Our multi-channel solution consisted of:
