Challenge:
Batteries Plus was interested in launching a Customer Loyalty and Employee Reward program.

Solution:
Batteries Plus turned to Roundhouse because of our expertise in customer loyalty and retention.

Roundhouse created a unique customer loyalty program that includes an “active sales” component that encourages customers to make their next purchase. Quarterly notifications are pushed to the customer informing them of their point and reward status emphasizing the “remaining points” necessary to reach the next reward level.

To streamline cost and administration, Roundhouse developed the Employee Reward program on the same platform as the Customer Reward program. Working with a different point conversion system, employees are rewarded with points for selling “designated products” to encourage product cross-selling and up-selling.

This innovative program also eliminates many inconveniences common to reward programs by offering instant reward redemption and online points access.

Our multi-channel solution consisted of:
strategic guidance, custom reward platform, reward point administration, point portal, monthly reward notification, and reward fulfillment.
