Springs Window Fashions

Challenge:
Springs Window Fashions was interested in developing a customer loyalty program for their Bali brand of window coverings that also encouraged additional sales.

Solution:
Springs Window Fashion turned to Roundhouse because of our expertise in customer loyalty and retention.

Roundhouse created a personalized Loyalty Continuity Program using monthly databases from recent purchases to connect with brand loyal Bali customers in a relevant manner, while also providing incentive for repeat purchase.

Using dramatic room scenes featuring the specific products most recently purchased by the consumer, we concepted and printed variable data postcards to communicate a lucrative rebate offer on the next purchase. The postcard fronts featured both the name and image of the product purchased, as well as the retailer name. Postcard backs directed consumers to visit baliblinds.com, download a rebate form using a unique, variable promo code and then visit the retailer again to buy blinds for their next room.
